Empowered Women, Empower Women

In all seriousness, without women, we are nothing at this point. For without them, mankind cannot reproduce and there will be no children to bring out to this world. Being a woman is struggle and a duty that fellow females have been through and still are. Although with that said, both men and women are equally needed and important to our society, that is to maintain the balance of life.

Women's empowerment is known to be the process in which women elaborate and recreate what it is that they can be, do, and accomplish in a circumstance that they previously were denied on. Empowerment can be defined in many ways, however, when talking about women's empowerment, empowerment means accepting and allowing people (women) who are on the outside of the decision-making process into it. “This puts a strong emphasis on participation in political structures and formal decision-making and, in the economic sphere, on the ability to obtain an income that enables participation in economic decision-making”.

Empowerment is the process that creates power in individuals over their own lives, society, and in their communities. People are empowered when they are able to access the opportunities available to them without limitations and restrictions such as in education, profession and lifestyle. Feeling entitled to make your own decisions creates a sense of empowerment. Empowerment includes the action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society.

Empowering the women to take the important decisions for their personal development is called women empowerment. It is to make the women independent in all aspects of life be it mind, thoughts and making the right decisions without the societal and family restrictions.
Empowering women is to bring equality in the social order in which men and women are both equals in all areas. For a country to have a bright future, society and family to flourish, women empowerment is essential. In other words, women must be given equal status as men.

Furthermore, to be a woman isn't simply just being feminine-like. A woman knows knows its way in life, for she can be independent and live a life of success if that's what she desires. Women whom are mothers or mothers to be have great responsibility on handling their child/children and it is a massive task for them to uphold. I can already tell that being a mother is no joke and I salute those whom have stuck around their families, loved them unconditionally, cared for them 24/7, supported them in every thing they do and many more.

Basically, women can stand their ground. They are strong and independent people of our society whom are equally as important as everyone else.
